I have tried many different smoothing/straightening systems. Many of which I could not use due to the intense smell they produced. The ones that I did like didn’t always remove the curl pattern. This product has me blown away. I was fearful that it would take the hair too straight and too lifeless, but I was so wrong. my client’s hair felt like useful hair again. I only purchased a sample; however, I will be purchasing the entire product line.
I bought the intro kit and followed the directions meticulously. The process took hours, and the result was less than expected. It smoothed the hair a bit, but nothing a normal leave-in product couldn't do. Also, for such an expensive treatment, the directions are pretty vague and contradictory.
